We will have a mandatory
scout meeting on Thursday July 13th at 6:30pm. During this meeting We
will need medical forms, and COPE permission forms. We will be
discussing final tenting arrangements, duty rosters and other
information. I may have Study papers available on Thursday Evening.
We will meet at the scout
building on July 15th at 1pm to advance pack for the trip. Everyone
should bring the camp box packed. Spending money and any snack food
should be brought at this time. Failure to come Saturday at 1pm will
delay our departure time on Sunday and we will probably be late eating
dinner.
Don't forget your spending
money. This should be given to Mr. Repp on Saturday. Last year some of
the scouts wanted hats and shirts but did not have enough money to cover
the expense. Hats run from $10 to $20 and shirts run form $9 to $35. If
you want to reserve money for one of these purchases, please let me know
when you turn your money in. During camp the "bank" will be open after
breakfast and after dinner.
We leave for scout camp on
Sunday the 16th at 1pm. Arrive at the scout building between 12 and
12:15 so we do not interfere with church services.
